We advised STEM/MARK, the largest Czech-owned market research agency, on the sale of its shareholding in National Sample s.r.o. to Norwegian strategic investor Norstat. Our role covered the full transaction cycle — supporting the client through ownership analysis and vendor-side due diligence, coordinating data room preparation, leading purchase price negotiation, and reviewing transaction documentation — coordinating four selling shareholders toward a unified position. The deal closed on terms favourable to the sellers, including an improved valuation against the buyer’s initial proposal and protective provisions limiting seller liability.
