University Hospital Brno, one of the Czech Republic’s largest hospitals, set out to develop the specialised and super-specialised paediatric care provided at its Children’s Hospital. We prepared a feasibility and scoping study together with a long-term financial model, defining the investment project and testing its long-term financial sustainability for the hospital. The work gave University Hospital Brno a clearly defined, financially assessed capital project as a sound basis for taking the development forward.
