Digitization of processes in state administration is undoubtedly one of the main topics of improving the quality of services to citizens and the exchange of experience from other countries is essential for its proper progress and development. We are delighted that we have been able to present our experience in the field of digitization of state administration for UNDP Digital Transformation Academy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Together with Demos Helsinki we have delivered a comprehensive training session for 150 civil servants. During the sessions, we have presented the approach, experiences and lessons learned in the areas of digital transformation, innovative delivery of people-centered e-public services, interoperability and user-centric design.
