For the historic Ukrainian city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, whose eight budget holders rely on fragmented, manually reconciled financial systems, Aspiro assessed the existing IT architecture and designed a data integration layer as the basis for the incremental build of a public economic information system. Funded by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Aid for Trade – Ukraine programme, the work paired a phased integration concept with an implementation roadmap, giving the City Council a clear input for deciding how to proceed.
