Aspiro supported the main project of post-merger integration between two large telecoms in Southeast Europe. We helped develop a due diligence report covering assessment of 200+ individual applications across business, operations, and enterprise support system stacks (BSS, OSS, ESS), development of telco capabilities model, licensing and financial assessment, and assessment of data centres infrastructure. In the following stages, we supported the preparation of joint target architecture and integration roadmap together with IT Target Operating Model, integration timeline, and budgetary estimates.
