Aspiro used their Datapresso tool create and deploy a business reporting tool to support key sales & operations processes for Pan-Net in 4 months.
Aspiro has designed and implemented the business dashboard tool serving as strategic reporting platform in the company and providing key business information to the management of the company.
After initial setup of the organization, Pan-Net required re-designing and automation of its key business processes, including implementing business reporting tool to support key sales & operations processes. Pan-Net had decided to implement an easy-to-configure & maintain process dashboard tool, therefore Aspiro was asked to design and provide a solution with required functionalities.
Aspiro team has delivered an end-to-end project from defining KPIs to be reported to handing over the complete solution together with training Pan-Net users on how to maintain and update the dashboard.
The project took place in 3 main phases:
- In the 1st phase, Aspiro team together with Pan-Net representatives defined and designed KPIs to be reported in the dashboard (according to Pan-Net priorities).
- In the following phase the Aspiro team has provided and implemented the easy-to-configure platform Datapresso, to monitor performance of key sales processes and operations.
- After the dashboard was live, the team has provided a handover and know-how to Pan-Net experts for independent maintenance, operations and configuration of the reporting tool.
