Aspiro played a key role in developing process designs and functional specifications for automation of selected business processes (change management, contracting); and optimized Order-to-Cash process, designed process map.

After initial setup of the organization, Pan-Net requires re-design and automation of its key business processes. For this reason, Pan-Net was looking for external support to strengthen the current capacity allocated for the project. Aspiro was asked to support Pan-Net for process designs, process optimization and automation of selected processes.

Description of actual services provided by the staff within the assignment:

  • Process mapping, process redesign and automation of key selected business processes (change management, contracting, order to cash);
  • Completion of process designs including unmapped process areas;
  • Best practice driven process optimization to improve process performance;
  • Documentation of the process in iGrafix;
  • Functional specification for automation of selected key processes.
