As part of a transformative investment in sustainable heating, Aspiro, in consortium with Recura and ECT, supports Termokos JSC in implementing a Financial and Operational Performance Improvement Programme (FOPIP) and Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP). The project accompanies the construction of a 50 MW solar thermal plant and seasonal heat storage facility in Pristina. Aspiro’s work includes corporate business planning, tariff system reform, financial transparency, and the development of environmental and social management systems. This assignment strengthens Termokos’ institutional capacity to operate as a modern, commercially viable, and environmentally responsible district heating utility.
