The current “Complex Information System” does not meet all the requirements for an efficient and fully integrated system for a public institution and therefore client has a need to procure a new Integration Platform that will ensure better data collection and orchestration, better interconnection of the individual IS modules and also better integration with internal and external systems of public administration, while it can also handle the gradual increase from today’s thousands of transactions to 10,000 or more transactions per day. It will also enable smooth integration of upcoming systems (e.g. eToll and others) into the whole ecosystem. The outcome of achieving this will be efficiently functioning processes that will enable the achievement of the set objectives.
