Aspiro was asked to lead project that would in a very short time frame prepare, launch and pilot outbound micro campaigns to x-sell and up-sell existing customer base. We covered definition of overall business concept (incl. channels, processes, target clusters) and microsegments / clusters based on approved hypotheses. We coordinated build-up of new call center and executed pilot campaigns (10 000 customers were called in less than 3 months).
