The client initiated Customer Experience Transformation program, which aimed to re-define customer interactions, underling customer facing processes and tools as key competitive differentiator of the bank. Aspiro was asked to setup and manage transformation office, provide quality assurance of key transformation deliverables, design Target Operating Model changes and support to PMO with overall portfolio planning, prioritization and decisions making process management.
