The Central Coordination Body of Slovak Republic launched a project – Strategic and process model – with aim to improve the efficiency of absorption of EU funds. Aspiro developed a conceptual basis for future model of risk management. We have validated the concept through a Pilot risk model in record time, designed management processes and a concept for project segmentation.
