Aspiro supported the East Slovakia Energy company with redesign of sales network of energy advisors (iEP) and proposed various scenarios of new iEP models. This included a deep analysis of iEP performance data, household data, creation of forward looking (5 year) simulation model reflecting a change of lead mix and new lead generating activities and calculated revenue / costs contribution of each of the proposed iEP model variant.
