Aspiro experts were hired to define responsibility for the key processes and implement KPIs for each department that is linked to company strategic objectives. We set up basic measures for dash boards, designed Performance Indicators for Back Office processes and provided data collection and verification of data availability for defined indicators. We designed the performance management process and supported selection of a future process owner.
