The municipal water company in the City of Tirana (UKT) has received the loan from the EBRD to implement an investment project to finance improvements in the water supply system. The EBRD engaged Aspiro and our experts reviewed the technical specifications, prepared tender documents, published tender and supported UKT in the selection of the contractor.
