Project Context:
Raiffeissenbank, a.s. was replacing their core banking system, in order to fulfill bank’s future business and regulatory needs (“FTP Program”). The target of the Acquisition Phase of the FTP Program was to resolve all relevant aspects required to start the implementation phase of FTP, including commercial and contractual arrangements covering the FTP implementation end-to-end. The total FTP investment was in tens of mil. EUR (the precise value of the investment cannot be exposed due to confidentiality reasons).
Services provided by Aspiro:
Consultancy services, program management services and implementation project management support in commercial and contractual area assuring:
- Content-wise preparation of Key Principles for Parties collaboration during the FTP Implementation that results into bilateral Framework Agreements between the Bank and the Parties involved
- Content-wise preparation of Operations, Support and Maintenance agreements that will result into OSM Agreements for solution operations after its deployment into production
- Preparation of Vendors strategy for negotiations with Parties involved in FTP
- Support during the agreements negotiation
- Ensuring traceability and auditability of agreements and decisions taken during the FTP Acquisition Phase
- Preparation of any other supporting documentation / materials required for successful achievement of FTP Acquisition Phase objectives within Commercial & Contractual stream
