Among our targets were optimization of signature competencies, implementation of sufficient level of approval control and document signing in the PPA Controll. We helped propose new organizational structure, process changes of HR department and implementation plan for workload. We also reduced procurement costs by optimizing the purchase process and by identifying synergies in centralized purchasing.
