National Motorway Company was in the need to procure a new Integration Platform that will ensure better data collection and orchestration, better interconnection and integration with internal and external systems, while handling the gradual increase from today’s thousands of transactions to 10,000+ per day. We have defined several alternatives (processes, requirements, solution architecture, SLA parameters), CBA analysis (CAPEX, OPEX use-case point analysis, TCO) and supported project documentation towards Ministry.
