Aspiro team supported the National Health Information Center of Slovakia to analyze processes, prepare organizational and institutional assessment including activities with goal of optimization of processes and organizational structure. We have prepared and executed a thorough process audit and assessment of the organization, including model of hypothesis and impacts on FTE and organizational structure.
