The Government of Montenegro, the Municipality of Danilovgrad and Public Utility Company Danilovgrad had applied to the EBRD for a loan to finance wastewater infrastructure for the urban part of the Municipality. We joined the assignment after a 6-year delay, with aim to recover the project. Our team helped clear the back-log of activities in the implementation schedule and completed 2 tenders for wastewater network equipment, until withdrawing from the project in 2018.
