The EBRD planned to implement a new technical cooperation project to develop, in cooperation with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN ECE), a model concessions law, based on internationally accepted standards and best practices. Our team has mobilized the working group, prepared budget estimates and supported international experts from various countries in their logistics arrangements, resulting in efficient meetings with clearly defined outcomes.
