Being in infrastructure development and financing sector for 10 years now, we understand the importance of constant learning and evolving. Over a decade of work and dozens of various projects and assignment have given those of us at Aspiro the right knowledge to accurately design multi-sectoral investment plans, calculate cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasts or draft procurement strategies for large public-private partnerships. But the world is changing and we need to stay on track with world-class knowledge and best practice.
Joining forces with other like-minded consultancies in our field is a logical and natural next step for us to both keep growing and adapting our understanding of infrastructure development and our expert approach, as well as contributing and sharing our know-how with others to help accelerate overall impact in our business.
On their 30th anniversary, we are officially joining the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE), partner organization of International Association of Consulting Engineers (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils, FIDIC) and European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA).
Consultancy market for professional engineering delivery, maintenance and upgrading economic and social infrastructure in Slovakia and Czech republic is growing since early 90s. The primary goal of CACE was to establish contacts with European and global consulting structures and share knowledge in project management, processing, methods of selection and evaluation of consultants, assessment of qualifications, ethical rules and competitively participate in international activities. Currently, after three decades and with more than 50 members CACE´s objective is to formulate professional, ethical, organizational and business rules and principles related to the activities in field and to enforce and disseminate these principles in accordance with the international rules of FIDIC. In addition, this cooperation extends to creation and updating of legislative regulations related to consulting practice and the profession of consultants to serve as “guardians” of the consulting brand.
We believe this membership will help us increase knowledge and efficiency in the renewal and development of public infrastructure, better promote alternative methods of tendering and financing options and support meaningful projects implemented in accordance with best practice.
