As the Consultant we were providing assistance in procurement of engineering and consulting services in accordance with the Bank’s procurement rules, agreed procurement strategy with the Bank and procedures, specifications and documentation of the Bank and pursuant to all other agreements stipulated in the Loan Agreement signed between the Company and Bank.
